1. CPSMの合格基準
CPSMはExam 1、Exam 2、Exam 3の３つの試験に合格する必要があります。コンピューター試験で問題を読んで回答を選択する方式です。各試験は600点換算されて400点以上が合格となります。
- 3種の試験に合格すること ※英中韓に対応。日本語では受験できません
- Exam 1：Supply Management Core（180問、3時間）
- Exam 2：Supply Management Integration（165問、2.75時間）
- Exam 3：Leadership and Transformation in Supply Management（165問、2.75時間）
- 4年制大学卒以上の方は3年以上、それ以外の方は5年以上の購買実務経験を持つこと（助手・補助業務を除く）

2. 学習時間
各Examは150時間～200時間で、総計 450時間～600時間が目安です。学習時間は以下によって変動します。
- 英語の読解能力（ネイティブレベル英語能力も英会話能力も不要です。但し、英語による書面上の業務が十分できる程度は必要です）。以下はISM のテキストに記載されている問題の抜粋です。
問題例1）
In supply base analysis, what degree of competition exists when there are only a few local suppliers, and they are similar in behavior and pricing ?
A. Technical
B. Limited
C. Multiple
D. Fair and Open
問題例2)
A commodity manager for DEF, Inc. is conducting an annual business review with a key supplier. The commodity manager meets with the supplier’s sales manager, production supervisor, and a senior member of the engineering staff. During the review, the commodity manager mentions a future business opportunity, but the supplier’s team states that they cannot commit to any new projects until they meet with DEF’s vice president of business operations. In order to have avoided this impasse, the commodity manager would have been BEST served by doing which of the following prior to the meeting ?
A. Inviting DEF’s senior management to attend the business review
B. Providing the supplier with details regarding the scope of the new business opportunity
C. Showing the supplier their scorecard to demonstrate that the opportunity can only be discussed with suppliers that have high KPIs
D. Conveying to the supplier the personal level of authority the commodity manager has in making commitments for DEF - 各課目の基礎知識を保有しているかどうか。英語能力以上に重要なことは、例えば品質管理上の統計分析手法やファイナンスなどのビジネス一般の基礎知識が備わっているかによって学習時間が異なります。

ISMの公式テキストで独習しつつ、補強すべき課目についてはその課目を選択して当協会のCPSMセミナーを受講する。
当協会の講師陣はCPSMに加え大学教授、大手企業の役員・部長レベル、博士号、MBA、中小企業診断士等で且つ当協会が認定する者で構成されています。 - ある程度の英語能力はあるがビジネス知識に自信のない方
まずは、当協会のCPSMセミナーを受講する。
セミナーによっては録画も行いますので、後から繰り返し視聴可能です。 - ビジネス知識は保有しているが英語に自信のない方
